Coaches from Sacramento Airport to Murphys

Convention attendees,

There will be two coaches taking attendees from Sacramento Airport to Murphys. The schedule for coach departures is dependent upon the arrival times of attendees. We haven't enough data yet to fix the times for coach departure.

If you haven't yet made your flight reservations, if at all possible please don't book a flight arriving Sacramento after 2pm.  The closer your arrival to noon, the better.

It might take you an hour from airplane arrival to retrieve your luggage and assemble for coach pick up. The second coach should leave Sacramento Airport no later than 3pm in order to get its passengers settled in their accommodations in Murphys, and then shuttled to Ironstone for the Welcoming Buffet a 6:30pm.

We have written detailed instructions for attendees on what they are to do once they arrive at Sacramento Airport - in order to assemble and meet their coach. We will email these instructions to you well in advance of the Convention  - as soon as we have determined the coach departure schedule.

Convention date is fast approaching. See you there!
