Registration Form Correction
Dear Convention Attendee,
Our Convention Registrar, Melissa Reading, has asked that when you send her the requested information, you use the attached Reg Form. Open the attached file and fill in all you can, then send it to her at
That way, she will receive all the information from respondents in the same format - and she can begin to build the registration data base.
If you have already sent your Reg Form, you need not respond. If you quickly responded to my flawed earlier message, thank you - but we'd appreciate your resubmitting using the attached form.
You may send your Registration funds at a later date (but before the Fee goes up on February 1).
