Timely Information on Convention 2010 Registration

Dear Convention Attendee,

The 2010 Convention Committee is assessing three important issues:

        (1) How many Coaches will be needed on Thursday to transport attendees from Sacramento Airport to Murphys, and at what times should the Coaches depart the Airport?

        (2) How big a Photography Section should we anticipate in the National Show?  (We must plan for sufficient, but not excess, display space and properties.)

        (3) How to apportion attendees on Sunday afternoon between bus tours to Columbia State Historic Park and to Calaveras Big Trees State Park

Key information contained in your Registration Form could be most helpful in our planning. Would you send the following information to Melissa Reading, Convention Registrar? (Send to daffodilregistrar@gmail.com)

        (1) Whether you will be using the Sacramento-to-Murphys Coach service on Thursday, March 11

        (2) If "yes", your airline, flight number, and scheduled arrival time in Sacramento on Thursday (or if arriving Sacramento on Wednesday, will you be staying at the Ramada Inn?)

        (3) Whether you will be bringing photographs to enter in the National Show, and if so, approximately how many.

        (4) Your preference between visiting the preserved gold-mining town of Columbia or viewing Big Trees.

We understand that any information you send is tentative and could be subject to change. Any of the above information (or the completed Registration Form) can be sent in advance of your payment of the Registration Fee. We welcome your early, timely response.
